Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate with full-time schedule. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding customers to rooms and operating the tanning equipment for first-time users. Includes attendance at off-site sales and job trainings.
