Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate for a Beverly Hills tanning salon. Responsibilities include meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals; consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items; maintaining a clean and organized salon; opening/closing the business; handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking; guiding customers to rooms and teaching first-time users how to operate tanning equipment; attending off-site sales and training sessions. Emphasis on high-energy customer service, commission-based incentives, and a team-oriented environment. Training provided for entry-level sales and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
