Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for meeting sales goals through professional, upbeat customer interactions. Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintain a clean salon, and handle opening/closing duties and daily administrative tasks. Drive sales via consultations, product upgrades, and membership plans; participate in off-site trainings and team contests. Strong emphasis on customer service, commission-driven earnings, and a team-oriented, goal-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
