Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at West Coast Tanning, Inc. responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers, educating on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing duties, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding customers to tanning rooms and equipment usage. Offers guaranteed commission on product, package, upgrades and membership sales, daily/weekly/monthly contest-driven incentives, and an entry-level customer service/sales training program in a vibrant team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
