Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, offer personalized product advice, and resolve concerns to build trust and drive loyalty. Process transactions accurately at the register, check IDs, and handle cash while maintaining store cleanliness and inventory levels. Meet daily sales goals by upselling, highlighting deals, and restocking shelves to support store success. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
- A minimum of 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately
- The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Effective de-escalation techniques and a calm, solution-oriented approach to handling customer concerns
- Basic proficiency in math and computer applications
- A positive, proactive mindset when resolving customer issues
- Strong conflict resolution skills

- A natural ability to build rapport and maintain lasting customer relationships

- Regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and fingers to feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds
