Job Summary
Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Build strong connections by asking thoughtful questions and offering personalized product advice, while addressing concerns with professionalism to resolve issues and encourage loyalty through rewards programs. Handle store operations including opening and closing procedures, checking IDs, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, stocked environment. Support inventory tasks such as restocking, fulfilling online orders, and counting products to consistently meet daily sales goals. Work closely with the team to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and upbeat atmosphere in a fast-paced, compliance-driven retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
- A minimum of 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately
- The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Effective de-escalation techniques and a calm, solution-oriented approach to handling customer concerns
- Basic proficiency in math and computer applications
- A positive, proactive mindset when resolving customer issues
- Strong conflict resolution skills

- Regularly required to stand for extended periods of time
