Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone while creating a welcoming shopping experience for every visitor. Stock, price, and organize merchandise; operate the cash register to process transactions accurately; and assist with inventory management including pulling transfer items. Learn current product offerings to recommend solutions based on customer needs. Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store displays. Support operations in our HitTrax performance center. This full-time role requires 32–40 hours per week with evenings and weekends mandatory. Join Burghardt Sporting Goods, a family-owned retailer serving the Greater Milwaukee area since 1881, specializing in elite team sports equipment and custom apparel.
