Job Summary
Execute acquisition programs, renew memberships, and cross-sell BJ's loyalty products to convert potential and existing members. Manage merchandise returns, exchanges, and pick-ups while serving as the first point of contact for general inquiries and member concerns. Resolve and deescalate member issues in a courteous manner, escalating complex matters to management as appropriate. Uphold club policies, maintain accurate signage, and ensure a safe, clean environment through daily GOLD standards. Assist with Buy Online and Pick Up orders and perform other duties as assigned, including cross-departmental support. Maintain regular, predictable attendance and demonstrate commitment to team goals and member experience.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Basic math skills
- Computer proficiency

- Environmental Job Conditions: Most of the time is spent frequently remaining in a stationary position on hard surfaces
- Environmental Job Conditions: There may be a need to occasionally position oneself to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping
- Environmental Job Conditions: Occasionally requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds
- Environmental Job Conditions: May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Environmental Job Conditions: Located in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises
- Environmental Job Conditions: There may be occasional contact with cleaning agents
- Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT
