Job Summary
Execute BJ's Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling loyalty programs while converting potential members by pitching membership products and co-brand credit cards. Deliver superior customer service as the first point of contact for merchandise returns, exchanges, look-ups, and BOPIC orders, resolving concerns and escalating issues as appropriate. Maintain club standards by ensuring accurate signage, clean environments, and full execution of promotional plans while upholding safety and compliance policies.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Basic math skills
- Computer proficiency

- Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience
