Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge customers, provide accurate product information, and close sales while maintaining professional rapport. Manage the selling floor appearance, process transactions, and handle paperwork in adherence to company policies. Perform marketing activities such as opening new charge accounts and maintain stock by assisting with receiving, folding, and replenishing merchandise. Operate a POS register and telxon, utilizing basic math skills to complete duties efficiently. Available to work varied days and hours including evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience
- Prior customer service experience
