Greet customers and proactively approach shoppers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs such as the loyalty program, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of company information and foster an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail sales or cashier experience is preferred.
