Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist to understand needs, delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards through floor sets, signage, price changes, and replenishment. Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs while maintaining confidentiality of company information. Foster an inclusive store environment and support the team across the store; perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
