Retail Sales Associate Footwear at Dick’s Sporting Goods. Greet customers and proactively assist with footwear selections, leveraging product knowledge to meet customer needs and promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, credit enrollment). Maintain merchandising and floor presentation per standards, follow safety and loss-prevention policies, and support store teammates to create an inclusive, welcoming shopping environment. Participate in inventory replenishment and other tasks as assigned, with emphasis on customer-focused service, teamwork, and achieving store goals. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15-35 lbs repeatedly; comfortable working at heights as needed; part-time schedule.
