Greet customers and proactively approach shoppers to understand their needs and support their experience. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of company information and foster an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
