Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist in selecting footwear, applying in-store knowledge of products and brand standards to create an exceptional shopping experience. Promote programs such as loyalty participation and credit-card enrollment, maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow safety and loss-prevention procedures, and support the team across the store. This role emphasizes customer focus, collaboration, accountability, and action-oriented service in a retail footwear environment. Responsibilities include helping customers with product knowledge, participating in floor-set execution, and performing tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
