Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist them to understand needs, provide in-depth product knowledge, maintain store presentation and floor sets, and promote loyalty, warranty, and credit card enrollment programs while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs. Support the team across store operations, assist with inventory presentation and replenishment, signage, price changes, and ensure an inclusive, respectful store environment. Perform tasks as assigned by management and contribute to a high-energy, customer-focused shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
