Greet customers and proactively approach shoppers to understand their needs and support their experience. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by managing floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Create an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail sales or cashier experience is preferred.
