Job Summary
Floor & Decor is seeking Retail Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and support for customers on the sales floor. Responsibilities include connecting with customers, maintaining inventory and cleanliness of sales areas, processing transactions, and exceeding customer expectations. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a hardworking nature, and a commitment to safety. Must be at least 18 years old with customer service experience. Some positions may require forklift certification and adherence to cash handling procedures.
