Job Summary
Sales Associates at Floor & Decor are responsible for providing friendly, accurate customer service, assisting customers in product selection, and maintaining a clean and stocked sales environment. Key responsibilities include connecting with customers about their projects, processing transactions and refunds using the point of sale (POS) system, stocking and displaying merchandise, and following safety protocols. Ideal candidates should be friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking, and possess excellent communication skills. Must be able to handle physical tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
