Job Summary
Retail Selling Colleague at Macy's delivers personalized recommendations and connects customers with products and services. Responsibilities include greeting customers, engaging in meaningful conversations to build relationships, meeting sales goals, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and promoting the Loyalty program. Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Ability to understand and communicate with customers and colleagues
- Read and understand English employment policies and safety rules

- Willingness to work on the sales floor and in fitting rooms
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, moving)
