Job Summary
Greet customers in-store and over the telephone to assess needs for tires and car service, closing sales opportunities while introducing new products and promoting the CFNA Credit Card. Personally handle customer needs regarding sales, service, complaints, and adjustments, developing loyalty through relationship selling and driving profit via service recommendations. Maintain tire displays and store cleanliness, setting up and taking down promotional racks and signs, while recording invoices, operating the P.O.S. terminal, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Open and close the store, manage cash control, and assist with merchandise unloading and tire balancing as needed. Work 7 days per week across 75–91 hours in a 3 to 25-bay automotive service environment, supporting store managers in attaining budget objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-years of consumer retail sales experience
- Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty
- Problem-solving as it relates to customer complaints
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles
- Must complete and maintain all of the current and required BSRO store education courses & modules required for this position
- Stores are open 7 days per week
- 75 – 91 hours
