Job Summary
Greet customers, guide them to items, and generate sales while advising on product use and care. Participate in merchandising, promotional activities, and setting up displays. Assist with store maintenance, ensure transaction accuracy, and maintain high product knowledge. Build lasting customer relationships and suggest new services or upcoming events. Work in partnership with store managers to maximize sales and in-store presence. Maintain a professional demeanor and perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Clear criminal record
- Provincial Cannabis Certification
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Overtime as required
