Job Summary
Greet customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and drive sales performance through engaging conversations on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. Maintain a shoppable environment by recovering floors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty program benefits while ensuring the space remains clean and organized. Work flexible hours across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet quarterly minimum hour requirements.
Required Qualifications
