Greet customers in person and on the phone, process sales, loans, and extensions, and facilitate mutually satisfying agreements on pawn items like jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments. Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment while performing opening and closing store duties. Maintain a positive, outgoing personality with strong work ethic, multitask effectively, and adhere to all company policies and regulations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer)
- Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
