Job Summary
Greet customers in person and on the phone, processing sales, loans, and extensions while facilitating mutually satisfying agreements on pawn items like jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments. Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment as part of the customer service team. Perform opening and closing store duties. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer)
