Retail Sales Associate

Greet customers in person and on the phone, processing sales, loans, and extensions for pawned items including jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments. Maintain a friendly, courteous environment while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform opening and closing store duties as part of the customer service team. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
