Job Summary
Greet customers daily, interact in person and on the phone, and process sales, loans, and extensions for pawn items including jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments. Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment while performing opening and closing store duties. Maintain a positive, outgoing personality and strong work ethic to build relationships and support team goals. This role offers a structured career path starting with a 5-week paid training program, with opportunities to advance to Pawnbroker, Shift Leader, and Assistant Manager positions. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer)
- Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
- Sales background, a plus
- Bilingual, a plus
