Job Summary
Greet customers, process sales, loans, and extensions, and perform opening and closing duties while providing a friendly, courteous environment for pawn items like jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments. Interact with clients in person and on the phone to reach mutually satisfying agreements. Join a 5-week paid training program with potential progression to Lead Pawnbroker or Assistant Manager roles. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer)
- Adherence to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
