Job Summary
Greet customers, interact in person and on the phone, and process sales, loans, and extensions for pawn items including jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments. Perform opening and closing store duties while maintaining a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment. This role offers competitive pay from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour with uncapped bonus potential, a 5-week paid training program, and a clear path to promotion as a Pawnbroker or Lead Pawnbroker.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics
