Job Summary
Greet customers daily, interact in person and on the phone, and process sales, loans, and extensions for pawn items including jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments. Provide excellent customer service to maintain a friendly, courteous environment while performing opening and closing store duties. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
