Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate / Pawnbroker role in EZCORP stores involves greeting customers and providing friendly, courteous service while processing sales, loans, and extensions. You’ll help customers negotiate mutually satisfactory terms on pawned items (jewelry, electronics, tools, musical instruments, etc.) and contribute to a fast-paced, career-oriented environment with paid training, potential for raises and promotion through Pawnbroker Certification and leadership paths. The role emphasizes customer service, relationship-building, multitasking, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and meeting company policies. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, cashier, or retail experience

- Bilingual a plus
