Job Summary
Welcoming face at the uBreakiFix store delivering personalized, human-centric customer experiences while leveraging the Serve, Solve, Sell technique to upsell Asurion products and services. Responsibilities include engaging customers, enabling diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairing consumer electronic devices, supporting store operations as a collaborative team member, and pursuing achievable sales goals. Requires prior customer service or retail sales experience and a basic knowledge of electronic devices; high emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail-tech environment.
