Retail Selling Colleague responsibilities include blending selling with genuine hospitality to deliver standout shopping experiences, understanding customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations, and connecting customers with the right products and services. You’ll work on the sales floor or in the fitting room to deliver warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach that builds trust, helps achieve sales targets, and inspires loyalty. You will help keep the selling space clean, organized, and inviting, review sales goals, stay informed about new arrivals and promotions, engage with customers, recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signage and pricing, and support merchandise moves. The role emphasizes teamwork, exceptional service, and a customer-focused approach to create memorable experiences and drive store results.
