Job Summary
Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly while consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner. Educate clients on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure all company and legal requirements are met. Maintain a clean and organized salon, manage cash handling, and complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to stand for seven hours, and lift 25 pounds. Earn base pay plus commission with opportunities to make $18–$25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
