Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service by providing personalized product recommendations and demonstrating Dyson's innovative Hair Care, Floor Care, Environmental Care, and Personal Care lines. Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction and building relationships to drive brand loyalty. Ensure products are well displayed, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support daily operations including stock replenishment, stock takes, and housekeeping. Participate in product launches, promotional activities, and brand events as required. Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently explain technology and benefits. Work retail operational hours including weekends and public holidays with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to work retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales or customer service; experience in premium retail, consumer electronics, beauty, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
- Passionate about customer service with a strong sales mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and engaging personality
- Well-groomed, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
