Job Summary
Engage customers and promote Brightspeed Fiber and DirecTV products in a high-traffic retail location. Execute sales strategies to attract new customers, educate prospects on high-speed internet and TV benefits, and deliver personalized service to build long-term relationships. Maintain brand compliance standards while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. This inside sales role requires standing and walking for 8+ hour shifts with flexible weekend availability. You will represent Brightspeed's mission to bridge the digital divide by connecting communities with reliable fiber infrastructure and premium entertainment solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
