Job Summary
Greet every customer with the "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long-term loyalty, then accurately manage cash register transactions while driving sales through knowledge of current promotions. Handle all aspects of customer service, including merchandising product, pricing items, receiving trucks, and maintaining store appearance. Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round. This role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
