Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ollie’s: provide customer service, operate cash register, merchandising, and store maintenance. Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long term customer loyalty. Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales. Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round. Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store. Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers
