Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist with shopping needs, leveraging product knowledge to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow floor sets, signage, and pricing changes, and support inventory replenishment. Promote company programs (loyalty, warranties, and credit card enrollment) while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs. Contribute to an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team and store goals.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
