Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist with their needs to create an exceptional shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while supporting a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Perform other tasks as assigned and collaborate with team to help athletes achieve their goals.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours)
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours)
