Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support the shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty, private label credit card). Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; protect confidentiality of company information. Contribute to an inclusive store environment and support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
