Job Summary
Check clients in and out of sessions, schedule appointments, and ensure therapist schedules are filled. Sell monthly wellness programs and session enhancements while handling multiple phone lines. Clean the studio, float pods, and laundry baskets on an hourly basis. Answer calls and follow the proven sales process to build customer loyalty. Convert client feedback into positive service stories. This role offers a monthly free massage, float, and commission on wellness plan sales.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty
- Prior retail sales experience
- selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients
- Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment
- catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems
- scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs
- Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client
- Ability to multitask while working the front desk and completing tasks
- Answer multiple phone lines
- To clean and lift mop bucket and laundry baskets for short periods, multiple times a day
- Computer literate
- Friendly and inviting personality
