Job Summary
Inform all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program and follow the proven sales process to enroll them into the monthly membership plan. Serve as the first and final face of hospitality on the phone and in the studio, ensuring appointment paperwork and payment processing is brief, painless, and accurate. Listen actively to new, established, and prospective clients while turning any criticism into a story of great customer service. Prior retail sales experience selling memberships in-person is preferred, along with familiarity with scheduling and payment systems. Earn commission on wellness plan sales, with opportunities to earn up to $500+ monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty
- Prior retail sales experience
- Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems
- Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client

- The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients
- The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service
