Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Massage Wellness Program and build customer loyalty. Serve as the first and final face of hospitality on the phone and in the studio, ensuring appointment paperwork and payment are brief, painless, and accurate. Work with Managers and Massage Therapists to create a positive environment where clients receive the experience they deserve. Convert client criticism into stories of great service while maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. This role offers free monthly massage, monthly bonuses, paid vacation, and full insurance benefits. Candidates must have at least one year of retail sales and customer service experience, be team-oriented, and possess the ability to learn new computer software. Schedule is 18-36 hours per week with willingness to work weekends and evenings.
