Job Summary
Inform all clients about the Elements Massage Wellness Program benefits and follow the proven sales process to enroll them in the no-hassle membership plan. Serve as the first and final face of hospitality on the phone and in the studio, ensuring appointment paperwork and payment processing is brief, painless, and accurate. Work as a team with managers and massage therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world while assisting with assigned administrative duties. This part-time role offers competitive hourly pay plus bonuses and a complimentary monthly massage.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Massage Wellness Program and build customer loyalty
- The right candidate must like talking
- The right candidate must love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients
- The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience
- selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients
- Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment
- catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems
- scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs
