Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products while answering phone calls, booking appointments, and making outbound calls daily. Greet guests enthusiastically, create a friendly environment by welcoming and assisting customers, and quickly respond to their questions and needs. Consistently achieve a Membership Sales Closing of 40%+ and maintain cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of the lobby and studio public areas. This key holder position requires responsibly opening and closing the studio.
