Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products while answering phone calls, booking appointments, and greeting guests. Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily to maintain engagement. Consistently create a friendly environment by welcoming and assisting guests, quickly responding to their questions and needs. Maintain a Membership Sales Closing at 40%+ and collaborate with other Lash Consultants. Manage cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas. This is a key holder position requiring the ability to responsibly open and close the studio.
