Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service and implement sales techniques to build relationships while maintaining store image and visual standards. Execute store opening and closing procedures, including counting funds, completing bank deposits, and securing cash. Restock inventory, clean the floor, and protect store assets by adhering to all company policies and procedures. Perform duties as assigned by management, including reading tickets and invoices in a varied noise level environment. This role supports Crazy Shirts' purpose of creating original artwork on quality products, requiring bending, stooping, and moving items up to 45lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience
- Basic Mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication
- Must be willing and able to work alone in a store
- Ability to perform essential job functions in an environment with varied noise levels
- Must be able to abide by the companys Exposure Prevention, Preparedness, and Response guidelines as it relates to the spread of communicable diseases, and workplace safety; this includes use of masks (as needed and required per CDC and Company recommendations) and the ability to use cleaning supplies for cleaning and disinfection purposes
- Must be goal oriented and enjoy fun competition
- Must be able to lift 45lbs
