Job Summary
Guide customers through product knowledge and local highlights, creating memorable moments that support their next adventure. Connect with every guest by sharing your experience, offering expertise, and educating them on our mission and impact. Manage the point of sale system, restock and destock products, and ensure the store is open and ready for guests. Be an ambassador living Cotopaxi's values of People, Innovation, and Adventure while fostering a collaborative, uplifting store culture. Work varying hours to support the team, including at least two weekdays and one weekend, with flexibility to work throughout the holiday season. Lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in an active role.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on your feet
- Flexibility – Ability to work varying hours to support the team – at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend
- Can happily work throughout the holiday season (including the Friday after Thanksgiving)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
