Job Summary
Guide guests through product knowledge, local highlights, and the Do Good mission to create memorable, inclusive experiences. Restock and destock inventory, manage the point of sale system, and operate the store opening and closing procedures. Maintain a collaborative, uplifting store culture while ensuring guests leave supported and satisfied. Work varying hours including at least two weekdays and one weekend, with flexibility to cover the holiday season and location term. Lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in an active role.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on your feet
- Flexibility – Ability to work varying hours to support the team – at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend
- Can happily work throughout the holiday season (including the Friday after Thanksgiving)
- Can happily work for the duration of the location term
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
